I found myself with a blown trailer tire that ended up wrapped around the axle. I called JJs and he had a Wes out to help me out right away. Wes was very friendly and got right to work, he had me back on track in no time. My interaction with both team members was very pleasant and professional, I also felt that they genuinely cared about my situation. I SIMPLY CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS AND THE PEOPLE I DELT WITH! THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!

Not sure what the last guy was talking about, but obviously he did something wrong, and not JJs. This company is without a doubt the best for towing, repairs and service that you can find! They go out of their way to help customers at all times. My truck has unfortunately had to go on the hook 4 times. Not one of those times did I wait longer than an hour, and the repairs they did were perfect and done as quickly as possible. Hands down the best company, and I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you for always getting me, and keeping me rolling!! Couldn’t do it without your help!!

Jjs went above and beyond to help me when I broke down. We got to there place on Saturday. They got us right in as soon as we pulled in their lot. They allowed us to stay in our truck with our dogs while the truck was in the shop. Very honest, and straight up. They're rates were very fair. I couldn't have broke down i a better place. Besides home of course. Joe thank you for everything yall are awesome.

We needed help getting a vehicle home from Silver Creek after it croaked on the 90 when my son was going up to UB. This place was recommended to us to get the vehicle flatbedded home and our vehicle arrived back here tonight, despite the heavy fog. Everyone we spoke to in the process was incredibly helpful and kind! The driver communicated great with us, was informative and very very nice! So thankful they were able to help us out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Big truck was tearing up. We called them knew nothing about them! Got there and wow!!! Most wonderful kind people! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!! Truck is fixed. His rates are great! Very knowledgeable very! Shows you everything along the way!
