If I could give 0 stars I would. We are new to town and were so happy to be here. We heard good reviews for this garage and brought in our car for brake lines. Was charged 300+$ after more than 3 weeks with shop and multiple stop ins to get it fixed. We thought was a fair price.and because it’s our xtra car didn’t freak out about the delay. After getting car back, two days later bakes leaking. Took car now to Toyota dealership and they said that the brake repair garage had used compression fittings on the brakes and that they should have reported a major leak from brake fluid tank. If we had driven it the brakes would have failed. Will never go to this garage again nor will we recommend them! We should get that money back. They should not have a business license if they are illegally repairing brake lines with compression fittings (the kind you would use on water line for fridge!) and not full lines with correct fittings! Dealer said it would fail inspection with those lines. Why would you even think to put someone else in danger??? Dealer has take the photos and written the reports so it is likely I will be dealing with this garage for full restitution. Will have a lawyer opinion first as this could have been severe implications with brake failure had someone been injured or killed.

In Medina visiting my son and needed oil change. Gave me an appointment promptly the next week. Able to wait for the car. Very reasonable price and knows what he is doing. Wish we had someone like him down in Georgia.

We've relied on Allan for skilled and honest service for decades. He will tell us if we can wait on a repair and he will also tell us if he thinks there's another place we should go for specialty work. He's also accommodating to our crazy work schedules. Highly recommend
