I gotta say its better than Monroe but anyway. I'll start when I had my car towed to this location and I called the day after because I had received no calls or any updates on when they will look at it. It took them till Thursday to see about my car, mind you I dropped it off Tuesday in the morning. I had to call because I received no word about whats going on with my car. I was told "yep, we were about to bring it out to check it out". No call about what's going on untill I then finally got a call on Friday saying "it was the battery", not at all what we said it could be but luckily it was resolved, "we will get it swapped out soon and it should only be an hour" great! It hits closing time at 5 and I received NO CALLS. Mind you they called at 9 am. I had to then wait till Monday for a call. Waiting....waiting....waiting, no calls. So I call and I leave a message they then get back to me "oh yea its done" gee thanks. I show up and he asks what car I had, I told him. Then he proceeds to ask me what the price was....WHAT, ALL OF A SUDDEN IM THE MECHANIC. I should not be telling him the price of what I was told, you should have a paper of what you did and how much it was. Nope, he cashes me out. "Now, where are your keys, oh I must have left them in the car" (what a safe space am I right?) He finally got my keys in which they were not in the car (thank god) and as I look at my receipt, its 30 DOLLARS MORE THAN HE SAID. "Hey, I thought you said 215?" "Oh uh there's a card fee so that's why" OH OH OKAY so we just aren't going to tell me about a "FEE" I had enough and stormed out as soon as I was told that. I was furious enough that I had to wait this long and then suddenly im charged an extra 30 dollars for what a "fee"?!?!?!? Absolutely not and I will make sure this never happens again if I ever MUST come here. Update: I understand the timing in which it was last minute so I do apologize but the professionalism and the "hidden fee" was VERY uncalled for

This place has always been top tier as long as I can remember. Fast service, knowledgeable staff. Couldn't give them a stronger recommendation to anyone in the area for anything related to your vehicle go to Radiators Plus.

Great mechanic! We went here after our previous mechanic said we needed a new heater core, but didn't have the time to do it. A month later we called Radiators Plus & they said to bring the truck down. Less than 2 hours into the day they called & were DONE! It was just a leaky hose. We appreciate his honesty & time to diagnose the real problem. We've definitely found our new mechanic.

They are awesome. They got me in right away and even offered to patch my car so I could drive it until the parts came in. I will not go anywhere else. I was even pleased with the bill!
