My husband and I just purchased our kia from Bidleman. Ed Nichols was our salesman. He was fantastic. He worked hard to get us exactly what we were looking. He was patient, understanding and gave us undivided attention. The rest of the Bidleman team worked hard and fast to get our kia ready and allowed us to pick it up earlier than expected. They were all amazing. We appreciate all your support and hard work.

The guys working at the service desk are top notch. They feel your concerns and make you feel important. The Tech Mechanic Jay that works on the Trucks is also very knowledgeable and friendly.

The service department here is as good as it gets. I’m not local to the area, but stopped here needing urgent assistance on my truck, and was blown away. Mike and Gabe were so friendly and helpful, and had me back on the road immediately. I don’t feel like what I’ve written above adequately captures how good these guys are, and how happy it made me that they’d so willingly help a stranger on short notice on a Saturday am.

I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. My experience with their service department has been nothing short of deceptive and disappointing. We purchased our vehicle from this dealership, with the agreement that all brakes and rotors would be replaced before we took delivery of the vehicle. After noticing our brakes were pulsating, we brought the car in for service, only to discover that the dealership never replaced the brakes and rotors as promised. They assured us that they had corrected the issue during this visit, and we left thinking everything was finally taken care of. However, not long after,(1 year and 5 months) the brake pedal started pulsating again. We returned to the dealership, expecting them to honor their original commitment. Instead, we were met with blame and excuses. The service manager claimed that because we didn’t bring the car in for a yearly brake check-up, the warped rotors were now our responsibility—conveniently neglecting to mention that they likely never replaced them in the first place. To add insult to injury, they now want to charge us over $470 to fix what they should have addressed from the start. This dealership clearly lacks integrity and honesty. I firmly believe they resurfaced the rotors last year instead of replacing them, as originally agreed upon. Their refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes and their blatant attempt to pass the cost onto us is unacceptable. If you value transparency and quality service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This dealership has lost our trust, and we will not be returning.

I popped into Bidleman Ford service on a whim and a bit frantic after dealing with someone else and feeling a little uneasy. Even though they were completely slammed, Michael put me at ease immediately and told me they could take care of me. And they did! They were so kind, understanding & caring. I walked out feeling so thankful! Sitting in the office waiting for my car to be done, I overheard communication with other customers and it is just so evident that the guys at Bidleman Ford build connections with their customers & care about their satisfaction.
