I brought my BMW in to be serviced and im very happy with the experience. great service, reasonable pricing, and it was done in reasonable time so I was out on the road again in no time. Definitely 5 out of 5 place to bring your cars.

I highly recommend European Autohaus! When it comes to my BMW x1, I’m VERY picky about who touches it. Been taking it to Kent since 2022. He is amazing!!! He has always been able to fix the problems I’ve had with my car. When fixing an issue, he has always called me first to tell me what they’ve found before performing the work to fix it. And the pricing is great. I’ve saved a lot taking my car to him. My car is in excellent shape and it’s because of Kent and the guys! Thank you European Autohaus!!!

Had brought my 2004 Audi in because of a werid noise i heard and they were able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly. I cant recommend them enough for the quality of work they gave me.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with European Autohaus. In my case, they began gutting components of my vehicle despite not having the necessary parts or a clear repair plan in place. I was then asked to absorb the costs associated with what appeared to be poor judgment and what I can only describe as incompetent mechanical oversight. Rather than taking responsibility for their lack of preparation, the burden was shifted onto me as the customer. The situation felt unprofessional, disorganized, and handled in a manner that fell well below reasonable industry standards. Shame on you guys. Especially for hanging up on me when I called you out.
