This place is fantastic, did a new clutch, new downpipe, new o2 sensor, stud removal kit for my wheels, new passenger side mirror, and new mirror caps. Car came out looking fantastic, honest good work at a honest good price, couldn’t recommend a European specialist to anyone more

The staff here are incredible. Jeff is personable, reliable, and trustworthy. He provides full transparency in his service and truly takes pride in his work and customer satisfication. I brought my BMW in for a headlight and hood issue and he provided me with pictures of the process and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. Treats his customers cars like his own. If you have a European car, there is no other shop in town that will give you a better experience. 5/5 stars!

Honest and super knowledgeable, Jeff and crew are now our go-to team. It's difficult to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but we have. All the automotive work we need in the future is going to Autobahn. Period. We couldn't be happier.

Hands down without a doubt, this is the best Shop in Plattsburgh! Jeff and everyone who works here is great and honest. The mechanics here will take care of your car as if it was their own. I Highly recommend that anyone comes here for service to their vehicle especially if you have a Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Volkswagen or Porsche.

This shop and the staff is definitely the most honest, caring and professional place in the area by a long shot. Jeff is the smartest, well educated, and honest mechanic I have ever met. I used to be a long time customer of European AutoHaus in Plattsburgh, until they started to rip people off. My car was worked on by both the owner and a kid (who did not care about anyone’s vehicle / livelihood) and they left me with the front control arms loose (extremely dangerous) and I didn’t really know until it felt like my car was going to fall apart.. I brought my car here and within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had it taken care of. I could go on and on about the countless, greedy, non professional and dishonest mechanics all around this area but I am just here to say no matter what issue your having with your vehicle from small to big, there is only one smart option when it comes to choosing who to trust with it. And that place is here. Thanks to you guys, you have saved me a lot of money and gave me a peace of mind that no matter what, my vehicle will always be taken care of and handled with care.
