Great service and straightforward salesmen. Jacob was professional, extremely quick, and held up throughout the deal. The vehicle itself is free of any major mechanical problems. I would recommend WS Auto Sales if you are looking for a used vehicle in the capital region.

Horrible, your great reviews must be family members simply put Jacob was fantastic but Bill is a man of no integrity who doesn't honor the law regarding warranties. Short version, I purchased a car from them out of state yhe car had issues but it was expected it's 23 years old and I'm good with that but one repair fall under the warranty the Axle. Since I purchased it out of state the warranty states there responsible for parts and labor, I only requested parts $420.00. And would eat the labor because of the distance which i thought made sense. He only wanted to give up 200.00 and said it was a "good will" offer but thats not the law the law says parts and labor and I excluded the labor because that seemed fair. I placed complaints with NY Consumers Division and the NY Attorney General Office. And he knew no action would be taken because they don't serve out penalties. So your left with taken them to court but the cost out weights what your suing for so he gets away with not honoring the contract. I'm sure he'll come back with some nonsense but the truth is was I suppose to wait for the car to breakdown then come after him for repairs how you think that was going to work out. Thats his answer let me know before you have it repaired so im suppose to wait for his approval when there 3 1/2 hours away. Finally, no matter how this man tries to spin this negative review just look at the warranty and use your own judgment on whether i was fair or not $420 just to cover parts or $1600 which includes labor and parts. I appreciate whomever reads this review and be cautious with the owner regarding your warranty. Talk about low road you can't even write or spell my name correctly. And to correct you nothing in warranty excluded axle boot read your warranty also the mechanics said you were unreasonable and I added the increase to cover labor which you seem to have forgotten. Regarding the car it's fantastic with my thanks for the sale was because of Jacob who I continue to say was fantastic. You also know that both those organizations are go between for some kind of negotiation which you didn't even attempt. You at as if your the all knowing expert on car repairs nothing was replaced on that car by you everything I replaced was water and tear no new repairs only an oil change even the spare was flat and the headliner was laying on top on the seats. Those are the facts and yes you the owner deserves 1 star but salesperson gets a 5.

I recently bought my wife’s car from WS auto. Bill took care of us. I have to say this was the smoothest purchase process I’ve had. Very informative and helped us get the best rate for our purchase. I am glad we choose this location. I would highly recommend to others and i would definitely be back for my next purchase.
