They have done flawless work on two of my vehicles so far. Brining my Tesla to them soon to touch up and I am fully confident that they will once again bring excellence to the table. As the CEO of a large, transportation dependent organization, it is enormously stressful to lose a vehicle temporarily due to a collision. Unfortunately, we had that experience a few months ago, and I knew that Ward and his team were the only ones we should take our vehicle to. The diligence of the staff (thank you, Aimee!) and Ward himself has been incredible despite challenges with the manufacturer. To be in my position, get a phone call at my desk from Ward himself to tell me he found the part we have been waiting for for months at a yard in Rhode Island, and for Ward to tell me that he is personally getting in his truck and driving there right away: really???? Amazing. No one else would do that. This is an amazing shop with people that care about their customers. Highly, highly recommend!!
