Bottini Fuel

My first call for service was December 23rd. It took a multitude of calls to get the repair done over two and a half months later. The ineptitude of the service was unacceptable. Parts were ordered then inexplicably returned instead of installed. I burned through an incredible amount of oil due to this issue. Finally they sent their best diagnostic tech to see what was and wasn't done. Within two visits the parts were reordered and installed.

We've been a Bottini Fuel customer for over a decade and a had a very positive experience. Recently we came home and smelled a gas leak. They sent a technician within an hour of our phone call, and shortly after a second crew arrived to locate the leak and fix the issue. The team was prompt, professional, and handled the situation quickly and efficiently.

In the middle of the freeze, when else would your heater break. Amazingly fast arrival after calling at 6 pm, awesome technician, polite and smart , fixed and working. Very appreciative for Bottini!

Top drawer service! They went out of their way to service my boiler on one of the coldest days of the year. They sent their best technician to fix my old broken down pipes and were efficient and knowledgeable. They communicated perfectly before the visit and made sure I was taken care of to get me up and running right away. Recommended!!!

Not thrilled, am on auto delivery & this is the second time this year I’ve come home to a house that’s 50 degrees & falling because I’ve entirely run out of oil. The staff on the emergency line is friendly and responsive but the entire point of auto delivery to prevent this from happening. Bottini, please do better.
