Union Coachworks is where I always take my car. I’ve turned exclusively to them for maintenance and repairs for the past seven years. Burt and his whole team are knowledgeable, kind people, who know how to explain car repairs to non-mechanics. They care about safety and they don’t try to upsell. I highly recommend them.

Great work, reasonably priced, reliable as you can get. I'm the type of guy who always took his Subaru to the dealership for repairs. Forget that. I just got a call from then and a series of repairs that would have otherwise cost a great deal more someplace else is reasonable with these guys. I feel confident that I can make this thing last to at least 200,000 miles as long as Burt and his crew keep doing what they're doing.

I cannot thank Burt and his team enough! This is a top-notch establishment that I trust completely. I started bringing my car there years ago simply because they were conveniently located near my home and now I wouldn't think of bringing my car anywhere else. I've been going to them for 5 years and they are a great model for any business to follow. They have repeatedly saved me dollars on repairs another mechanic suggested that didn't need to be done. They have also not charged me for follow up work after the initial work did not resolve the problem with my car. Can't say enough good things about them.

I was in Saratoga Springs during Easter weekend. My water pump failed on Friday afternoon. Burt ordered the parts before I was even at his shop. He had my Yukon fixed in a few hours. I highly recommend this shop. He saved my weekend.
