Caliber Collision

After being in a frightening and terrible accident In which my car sustained a lot of damage, I was recommended to caliber collision. What an unbelievable experience we had with caliber. From the minute, I brought the car in, our service representative was informative, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with us and answered all our questions satisfaction. He gave us a timeframe that was followed to the T and constantly reached out with updates, letting us know how the progress was going, and whether or not they were on track to have the car finished as promised, which they did. . Would highly recommend this repair shop! Upon picking up the car, the repairs looked fantastic! Would never know that the car had been in an accident! Awesome place, awesome service and awesome work! Very pleased!!! And connected to their building is a car rental agency, which made it super convenient to pick up a rental car and drop it off and grab my car when it was ready. Definitely an added perk!

A chunk of ice flew off a semi truck and hit the front of my grill. The whole process with Robert was very easy and Pamela was super helpful as well keeping me posted and answering the questions I had. My car was ready a week after I dropped it off. It looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up. I wasn’t even aware they were going to detail and clean it! I highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Saratoga. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The whole process was super easy and stress-free, and they got everything done with a really quick turnaround time. On top of that, they even patched my tire for free, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about their customers and go the extra mile. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs!

I was very pleased with the quality of the repair work done on my car. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the phone call explaining the damage that was found, as well as what was inspected and determined to be unaffected. When I picked up my car, we completed a thorough walk-around and reviewed every detail of the repairs. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

I got in a minor fender bender and my insurance company suggested I use Caliber Collision in Saratoga. While the process itself was easy, the work they did was nothing short of embarrassing. They broke or lost over half of the body clips they had to remove. They broke two electrical connectors. They pinched a wiring harness so badly I had to splice repair it. They broke a camera connector on my grille. They also broke multiple clips on a brand new grille I had just installed. They couldn’t be bothered to take pride in their work and spend an extra 30 seconds putting things back together correctly. Everything was misaligned and looked like it had been put back on using a hammer. I think in the end they did more damage than the accident did. I reached out to try and discuss this with them and I was ignored. They already robbed my insurance company and got their money so of course they don't care. They charged my insurance company $6000 for minor repairs, and I have now spent several hundred dollars repairing the damage they did to my truck. It is completely embarrassing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can. They do not take pride in their work and they certainly don’t treat you or your vehicle with respect. UPDATE: I reached out to them as requested below and they ignored me. I didn't want anyone thinking they actually cared.
