My son's car broke down in Saratoga. A big Thank You goes out to Eddie, James & Ryan at TowAway in Ballston Spa for safely towing his car, evaluating the problem, repairing it and getting it back on the road in less than 2 days. The guys were all awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. The bottom line cost of it all was very reasonable.

Sub zero temps --> car wouldn't start I called for a jump and was given an estimate of one hour wait time. Didn't sound bad to me! Then TEN MINUTES later i get a call saying three man had arrived! TEN MINUTES! I was obviously thrilled. The man was polite and personable, knowledgeable and efficient... my car started within 2 minutes of his arrival. A stressful situation was turned into a positive experience. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

TowAway will always be my first choice for roadside and tow service. Their driver I believe his name was "J" is exceptional! He was very knowledgeable and professional! My first choice everytime.... Hands Down!!!

Amazing service. The tow truck driver was 30 min early but then he was totally patient as I needed 5 min to get back to the car. And then he went out of his way to try to troubleshoot other issues that might allow me to start the car, before we towed it. Awesome service. Great guy that is working for you. Thanks!

My husband’s sports car died on exit 15 of the Northway. He LOVES this car. Tow Away sent Gavin who was prompt, professional and personable. He was there in 20 minutes, hooked up our car and took us to Gils Garage, our repair shop. I highly recommend Tow Away.
