Saratoga Honda Service

I recently went to Saratoga Honda for one issue. You know how it goes. That issue never shows up on the day you scheduled but another one did instead. It was the dreaded check engine light. So since I was there, I had them diagnose the issue. With diagnosing that issue they also did a complimentary inspection and found two other things that had to be addressed. Well what do you usually think when this happens. Well, I have to say that when Tony my service advisor came out to explain to me what they had found he was very informative and he took his time in relating to me in plain english and taking a good amount of time for it to sink through. He related to me my options and then explained that if I wanted to start the repairs that day he had a loaner for me. Another option was to stage repairs on other days. Well, I opted to do them all at once. He explained to me, for comforting, that the mechanic was very confident of the repairs and one of the best ones in the service department. So off I was with a loaner and you know what happened? All went as expected without any anxiety. What more could you ask for. My experience with Saratoga Honda was very pleasant and reassuring. I will not hesitate to have them do my maintenance or repairs. That is my experience and I highly recommend the service department at Saratoga Honda.

The emission control warning light came on all of a sudden and I was near here so I pulled into service department. They checked it out right away and told me what it could be. Most likely it was a small leak in the tailpipe near the O2 sensors. I asked them to just reset the code. They assured me I could drive it without damaging the engine and to just keep an eye to seenif it comes back in a few days. So far it hasn't. Good news, they didn't charge me as it was not an extension diagnostics just a simple code reset.

We had major parts that needed to be fixed in order for our car to be inspected. We had Jessica Height as our rep. Very personable young lady with great knowledge of how to get our claim approved. Approval and job was done in a timely manner. Jessica made us feel like family answered I have always found Saratoga Honda better than Mohawk Honda. We live in Glenville but always travel to Saratoga. It’s worth it.

Saratoga Honda is excellent. It is really easy to make an appointment, there’s always a good variety of times and dates available. They contact you by text message to remind you of your appointment and when you get there, they send you another text message telling you that they’ll send you a text message when they’re looking at your vehicle. Then they text you all the issues and potential issues with video and you can approve or disapprove the repairs. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of.

My first visit was very impressive! The staff is courteous and professional! Exceeded my expectations and very pleased with my service there. I feel I can trust your team and am definitely returning for any future services. T.Y.
