I recently had my boat serviced and detailed by Saratoga Boat Care, and I could not be happier with the experience. Ryan and the entire team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they made everything seamless by not only servicing and detailing the boat, but also delivering it and storing the trailer for me. The attention to detail was outstanding — the boat looks absolutely amazing. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. Honestly, I’m perplexed by some of the negative reviews because my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Professional, reliable, and thorough service all around. Highly recommend Saratoga Boat Care!

Having our boat serviced by Ryan has truly been an excellent 10 out of 10 experience. He consistently goes above and beyond and focuses on every detail persistently. On top of that he is a great guy too. I would recommend Ryan to anyone.

Boat wasn’t winterized for spring 2025. Owner was very manipulative when we tried to resolve it. Still don’t have my second key back. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business of any sort. Make sure you keep a spare key if you use this business. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.

Can’t recommend them enough, I would not go anywhere else for service, storage, or any boat related issues. Professional and experienced. No BS.
