Romeo Commercial Service Center

This is a review I never wanted to write, but I guess I have no choice. I've been going here for years with multiple Ford trucks and never had a problem. On 11/14/25 I brought my less than 1 year old f550 in to have snow tires put on. After they handed me the keys and I paid, I noticed every aluminum rim had deep scratches and gouges in it from the tire machine. It was brought to the service managers attention, she said she would inform her boss and see what they can do. Its now 1/13/26 and after multiple calls, no effort has been made to repair or replace them. When the protective clear coat is damaged, the rim slowly rots away. This isn't the first pair of rims this has happened to. Last time ford replaced them all under warranty. I'm now looking at a cost of around $2500 to get new ones. This place used to be great, fantastic mechanics before the change of ownership. Now unfortunately I will be looking for somewhere else to go. If they can't change tires without destroying a new truck, they can't be trusted to work on anything else.

Nothing but praise for the team at Romeo ford of Saratoga commercial service center. Called this morning when they opened to inquire about a state inspection for my service truck for work. Spoke with Nicole who was extremely friendly and told me I could bring the equipment in for 9am. Showed up for my appointment and met Nicole at the service desk and she was very courteous and helpful. Showed me to their waiting room which was pleasant and they were very efficient and fast with the whole process. (Great music playing in the shop too imo) When there was an issue that would have failed the inspection Nicole made me aware of the issue and offered that they had the parts in stock ready to do the repair right then and there. No excessive waiting for parts to be ordered or for them to install on a different date. Could not be more pleased and overall a 10/10 experience. We had a really great experience at Romeo Ford of Saratoga- great vibe and friendly, knowledgeable people who really helped us when we were in a jam four hours from home.

Saratoga Ford and specifically Nicole were excellent. My Family and I had an emergency failure with my 2015 F350 as we were driving through Saratoga. I called Saratoga Ford and spoke with Nicole and was able to fit us in same day and have one of the techs diagnos my truck, and was able to make the necessary repair (failed ground wire to the transmission module) During the 2 hours we were there, my family spent time in their waiting room, which was very clean and comfortable for a commercial service area. If I lived in the area this would be my new Ford dealer.

Had our commercial dump truck towed and worked on at 2 other places before going to Romeo Ford. Romeo Ford correctly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it! Great company to work with!
