Great experience. Joey was the driver who picked up my truck and he was awesome. Really nice, kind, and professional. Very speedy process as well, even with needing to get a larger tow vehicle for my truck. I saw a review that said that they don’t accept credit cards but that isn’t true at all, 100% will recommend

If you use this small business, be prepared to pay top dollar for little work. I ended up paying $374 for a 1 mile tow! Towing in Albany is less than half this. IHis response is lies. There was no signage about towing cars. Dishonest business-stay away!

Got myself into a bit of a pickle with my car a few weeks back and Matt’s was called to the scene. I wish I could give more stars! They were so incredibly kind and respectful. From the people I spoke with on the phone to their tow truck drivers, they are an excellent team! Great customer service. More specifically Dan, Mike, and Joey! I don’t have the nicest car however, they were SO gentle with it and treated it as if it were a luxury vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend them and I will be going to them from now on with any car repairs and towing!

these guys are your local impound for police so naturally . probably some negative reviews on here . but these guys are awesome when you need your car towed . and very knowledgeable. i always use matt’s for my old school ride . my car is very low and expensive , they make sure it goes up and down without any issues or scraping . and take their time making sure . always leave a tip for them because they know what they’re doing . thanks guys

Probably the worst place I have ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional and terrible at customer service. It’s possible it was only Kim but she is a discredit to the company if that is the case. Stay away! Response to the response: So I understand you wait 2 years to reply and don’t make an attempt to fix the issue with better customer service but instead accuse all the reviewers who have bad experiences as liars. Not a great business strategy and continued representation of how your business is run. I have only given 5 star reviews if you look at my history except ONE time. That should speak enough to how I was treated. My advice is instead of calling customers liars reach out and have a conversation or offer them a reason to.
