Nice to have a local hardware option without having to drive into town. Seems to have everything one can reasonably expect in a rural hardware/farm store. Kinda cool how they can fit so much into what seems like a pretty small place, as seen from the outside.

Honestly, the employees make the bare minimum of effort. No matter how many are there, they still aren't helpful. There nuts and bolts are poorly stocked and they don't even stock shear pins for snowblowers. The entire center of the store is full of junk home goods i never see moving and it would be nice if they used that wasted space to stock hardware.. I don't know what else to say. I stop here before continuing on to home depot when they don't have what I need.

Great prices and have a good selection of products

This is a friendly neighborhood store, with a friendly and helpful staff who know my name! Besides the regular hardware products, it has shoes and boots and clothing, and even housewares and home decor. It is the most convenient multi- product store around, for Sand Lake NY. The staff will even order specialty items for me and advise me of the best choices for my goals. And I love supporting and improving the viability of my hometown store! I always go to Tremont Ace Hardware first, before going to any other big, less personable mall stores! Thanks, Tremont! We need you! 👍
