We had a wonderful experience buying a used (barely used) car at Quinn Motor Car. We are from CT and saw the car advertised at Quinn when we did a search for a 2025 white Ford Bronco Outer Banks. This place was over 2 hours from where we lived but after talking with Mark (the owner), we felt it was worth the trip to see it. He came in on his day off on a holiday weekend to meet us. This was the first thing that told us how great a company Quinn was. He met us and showed us the car and it was as beautiful as was pictured online. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. We put a deposit on it that day and did a lot of the paperwork but then came back in a little over a week to finalize everything. We also dealt with Mike who works with Mark. Both gentlemen were friendly, kind, knowledgeable and honest. This was the smoothest process that we ever experienced buying a used vehicle. Now we can understand all of the 5 star reviews and will add our 5 star review among them. Our daughter may be looking for another vehicle within the next year or two and even though we are from CT and it was a bit of a drive for us… it will be worth it to check with Quinn first, when she is ready. Most importantly, they did not try to upsell unnecessary services or overcharge for the work I was asking about. That kind of straightforward, transparent communication really stood out to me.
