We would give 10 stars if we could! After CarMax dropped the ball, their managers helped me find a highly rated shop with availability on Saturday - RVC Auto Repair. I called there and spoke with Kevin, who was honest, compassionate, and assured me that they would do their best to get the job done in our timeframe. We were expecting a Monday diagnosis since the tow truck got my car there too late on Saturday. My 19 year old son needed the car by Wednesday morning. Monday, RVC diagnosed a damaged water pump, ordered the part immediately, and even picked it up themselves early Tuesday morning to ensure it was ready to be installed. My son called - only to express his gratitude for their efforts - and was shocked to learn they had completed the repair (and fixed an additional issue) and had the car ready to be picked up. Yes - Tuesday morning - well ahead of schedule. They truly understood the urgency and delivered. From Emily to Nunzio and the entire team, their professionalism was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend RVC Auto Repair in Rockville Centre. They are awesome!

I’d have to say if you don’t wanna feel any pressure in buying and hear the straight facts with no cuts and corners Kenny Lambert is the guy to talk to. I went in with the intentions on looking at the product I wanted and winded up purchasing the vehicle I was looking for. Despite the long process it was well worth the wait!!!! One of my tires lost a lug nut. The part was ordered for me right away and I was able to go on my lunch hour for it to be put on. All the lug nuts were then checked (without me asking) to make sure it was safe to drive. Friendly, amazing service and so efficient!
