I have been coming to this Mechanic Shop since it opened up, originally they were in Five Towns near JFK airport.🇺🇲 For years I have been trusting these mechanics with my vehicles,🚘🚔🛻🚗🚐 it's a family own and run business. The mechanics🪛🔩🧰 are very knowledgeable on all make and models and are straightforward.👍🙏🌟🌟🌟 The place is very well maintained they do a variety of services depending what your needs are. I usually come for my Inspections,oil change, fixed unforseen motor problems, including break service, parts, engines and definitely most of their diagnostics are 99% accurate,🧑‍🔧🕵️🧑‍🔧. The rest of the 1% is my perceived diagnostic 😁😅 They do their very best to pin point the issues and Informed you as such. If there are any other unforeseen issues or problems which most vehicles have they will let you know and make informed recommendations, it's a great shop very busy place.🤔🚐🚐🛻🚘🚔🚑🏎️ Very good customer service. Also they do have a nice waiting room and a restroom very comfortable and clean. Very rare to find a trusted mechanic and exceptional service, specially these days and yes I would recommend it to the LADIES out there you will get the best service and well inform solutions mechanics that you can really trust. These mechanic shop have always worked and serviced on all my vehicles. The mechanic shop was highly recommended to me years ago by another loyal customer. Since I live in Queens, I now travel this far to this shop whenever I can, mostly for major repairs, I do call in advance just to be on the safe side but no appointments needed. Quality work, Great service reasonable prices.

I've been coming to Professional Auto Center for years. I am absolutely in love with this family business. I was introduced to them by a friend years ago who sent me to them when they were in Lawrence and I followed them to their new location. As a woman I am so comfortable with getting my car worked on by them because they always explain to me what the issue is and they also show and teach me about my car needs. I never feel pressure from them and I am always comfortable in their establishment. It is ALWAYS clean and their customer service is amazing. I enjoy watching them work together as a family and team.
