Needed an inspection on one of my cars. I called for an appointment and they said bring it down. By the time I got done talking to the owners it was done. Super fast.

Stay away from this place. Walk in to have AC done. Promised the truck by Wed. Called him at 2 on Wednesday . Owner said he about to start it. Quoted me 1100. Thought it was high but needed it done and on Wed. Was leaving for trip. Calls me at 5 saying the truck is ready. I ask him did you charge the system. He said yes but it still does not work. I had 12v at the compressor. Before I dropped the truck off. Picked up next day. His tech damaged the valve and replaced the hoses with used part. Charged me for new hose, and went over the quoted price. Over 1k. Still doesn’t work. He also wiped out the ECU codes. That I assuming he triggered, by shorting out the 12 v compressor. Uses cheap after market parts. Has no care in world he shop made the truck worse. As walk into the yard you will see huge amount cars. That people just left. Because of over charging. Fell bad for anyone that uses this shop. Scam artist

I broke down in the middle of road, the car was in need of a gas pump. It just so happened to be a guy passing by to leave our card for Sound Avenue Equipment who could tow the car in. The company asked me to pay 1200.00 and would not tell me if the car would be running after the part was replaced. I told them not to do anything as I didn’t want to give them more money. Another employee called me back and said he could assure me that replacing that part was the fix. I picked up the car for 1028.00 I got home and none of the devices worked connected to the lighting panel in the ceiling , no inside lights no sun roof, nothing. Next day I called the shop And they said they had not touched the panel. I took a look and the panel had been stolen and was what looked like a dirty greasy part from the junk yard. I knew they had ripped me off. I took the police back with me and got a police report. I’m sure they stole the part. I will be taking them to court. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SOUND AVENUE EQUIPMENT @ 5152 Sound Ave. DO NOT LET THEM TOW YOU IN. . YOU WILL BE ROBBED. This is what they had a nerve to replace the stolen panel with and it’s definitely is not mine..
