Apple Honda Service

Service staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Not too pushy with additional services like most dealership owned service shops. Been bringing my cars here for years... Also their oil changes are cheaper than other local shops or Jiffy Lube

After buying or leasing 7 vehicles from Apple you may think they'd treat me well. After dealing with Chadd, the polite but apparently powerless service department manager, my case was passed up to the general manager, Charlie. I can't even get a call back from Charlie (same guy that yelled at my son and I for seeking out financing elsewhere on his purchase of a used crv last March).I have been nothing but polite about the manufacturer's paint defect on the roof of my HRV. Yes, it is not under warranty anymore and yes this is a known defect now covered through the year 2018 cars. Mine is a 2019 with under 60k on it. They have been jerking me around since midsummer. I was promised an answer about 3 weeks ago. I call and he won't call back. My family will try Marianno Rivera Honda for future service bc we have 2 more Hondas in the driveway. I will never own a Honda again. I just leased a Subaru.

BEWARE OF GIVING THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION I called and ask if they had any open availability to get my car serviced right away... the lady on the phone responded no the earliest is 9:30. I stated if you do not have any earlier availability then its okay. She went ahead and booked it. I got a message on my phone saying my appointment is booked. I didnt tell her to book anything using my information but she did anyways...So i clarified on the phone and said i didnt want a 9:30 apt u can cancel it. She said come in maybe they can squeeze me in earlier. So she ignored my request to cancel it and told me come in. I came in like 7 mins later(i was right up the block whrn i called) i came in and i heard the same story. No earlier. So now i wasted my time and lil bit of gas coming there. So i call back and tell the lady can you please cancel the apt you set... they said they dont have any time for me.... she said have a good day.... STILL DID NOT CANCEL IT... APPLE HONDA WHY IS YOUR EMPLOYEES BOOKING APPOINTMENTS I DID NOT APPROVE WITH MY INFO? WHY WHEN I REQUESTED THE APPOINTMENT BE TAKEN DOWN IT FALLS IN DEAF EARS? Thats crazy !!!! I would like my info removed from your store please and thanks 🤙🏾

I went towards the beginning of November because I was having trouble with my tires and wheel alignment. Eddie Osorio helped me out and made sure I understood everything before the purchase. Honestly, as a student who’s also far from home, this was super convenient and so much easier compared to when I went to a dealership. Such a positive experience. Everyone is super nice here

They have a new service writer there, Greg. Maybe he’s not new but this is my first time working with him. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I usually dread coming in to places like this but he made it a pleasant experience. Very kind, gave me an estimated wait time, and explained things with great detail. Will be coming back for sure and requesting him if possible.
