I just moved to the area and found R&K based on reviews. I was impressed from my first call to make my inspection appointment to picking up my car. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the waiting room/front office is clean and has some great model cars and things in the showcases. More than that I didn't have to worry about getting home the guys brought me and offered to bring my car back later. They are welcoming and prove how good they are in what they do as well as how they treat customers. I am a forever customer!

I recently moved to the area in 2023. I have a Jeep and always took it to the Dealership for service. I find the dealerships are not personal and it's more of a factory type "in and out" I don't see the same people more often on the phone or at the counter. I pass the shop daily on my way to work and was curious about the place. I always see a lot of cars there. So I recently called for a service appointment. Andrew is very nice and articulate on the phone. That is my 1st impression of a good company. The person who answers the phone is usually the face of the company. He's got a good face. He has a sense of responsibility and pride for the technicians that work for the company and I could tell that by how he spoke about them. The technicians are very detailed, they show you photos of what they are inspecting and give you a lot of information. For me it's great as I have a mechanical background so I understood everything that was pointed out. I felt confident that my truck was thoroughly looked at. The appointment process is easy, just give then a call. For me, thankfully I have not needed a major repair "yet" but if and when I do, taking my Jeep Trailhawk to R and K.

I’ve always had a good experience working with R and K. I’ve always found them to be honest and easy to work with, and they’re very accommodating whether I need a ride home or want to wait for my car.

I started going to R&K for about a year now and they’ve worked on a few vehicles within that time including my son and fiancé‘s trucks. And no matter what, every time they were always able to help me with any issues that came up. There was no job too small or big. everyone at the shop are awesome very nice and respectful and have great morals and not to mention honesty and good quality work. I always felt comfortable with them working on my vehicles and knew that the job will come out great every time. Andrew is great to work with very respectful, honest and trustworthy and never did me wrong just genuinely a very nice guy. And all the guys in the back are also great hard-working people. I will be definitely continuing my business with them and I highly recommend them.

I have lived in Eastern Suffolk County since 2015, and have asked R&K to install new tires, wheel balancing, and front end alignments on four separate times over these 10-years — most-recently on 21-October-2025. As always, Andrew and the technicians in the shop did a great job and saved me down time from work as well by performing the NYS safety & emissions inspection at the same time.
