Express Muffler & Lube

Two staff people at the Riverhead Mazda dealer both highly recommended this place to me for muffler work. When a dealer says take your Miata elsewhere, you can trust them! I am extremely happy with the work done two days ago here. First, Carlos and his mechanical team, are super nice, polite, helpful, and honest. They took me immediately, without an appointment. I was able to actually stand under my car up on the lift and see with my own eyes what was happening. I could put my finger into a rusty hole in the muffler and in another place, see where it had disattached from the chassis. Their hourly rate is $125/hr. which is good for our area. They told me it would be about an hour and it was. The price was reasonable. I had to use my credit card and there was that annoying 4% credit card fee, (which used to be 3%), but the price was still lower than some of the other huge chains. My car sounded just like new as I left, purring like a kitten. I highly recommend this garage to everyone!! A great experience.

Took me in last minute and repaired my exhaust that fell off. Out the door in an hr. Fair hourly price for our area. Will be back with my other cars!

New to Riverhead. Was recommended by a friend of a friend. A/C not working properly. They tested it and said it needed a part and recharge. Later called and said they found a small leak and no part needed. Honesty was greatly appreciated. Shop clean, nice waiting area. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place, amazing workers. My tire went flat while driving past i stopped in and asked for some air and we realized my sidewall was damaged and they hooked me up with a new tire quickly and allowed me to get back on the road and stress less. Really great service! Thank you so much!

Overpriced and wrong diagnosis of my vehicle. I was told I needed a rack and pinion 2 years ago. That was a lie. It's was the tie rods. Also they replaced the key ignition less than a year ago and today I have to get a new one. I don't trust them and neither should you.
