Eagle Chevrolet Service Center

My service advisor Anthony was very nice but the whole repair through warranty took literally a month for a starter sway bar link and transmission flush. I understand these things tend to be out of the mechanics hands but a month is an insane amount of time to wait for these things to be done it almost felt like it wasn’t important to them. I’m just happy to have my vehicle back but still it was a very frustrating experience overall and the communication wasn’t the best. I had to reach out to them almost everytime I needed updates I felt left in the dark the whole time.

I had an amazing experience with Anthony and the service team at Eagle Chevrolet. What stood out was how far above and beyond he went to help me. Without getting into specifics, a stressful situation was much easier to navigate with his help and guidance. Anthony was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about doing the right thing. The level of customer service I received today is rare. I highly recommend this service team and asking for Anthony. It was truly a 10/10 experience.

People my truck has been there 6 weeks. It has not moved. Engine failure. Service advisors have been let go. To the customer who received a loaner you got lucky. 2.5 stars out of 5. Not bad for the #1 Dealer on long island. Anyone can get a car or Truck all dealers say it. 6 weeks of nothing. Being disabled hurts more. Service department put 165 miles on my truck in 5 hours. That was an oil change and purge pump. I watched the mechanic drive it. You would think the owner would call. Thank you who ever wrote about a loaner. I'm 6 weeks in Engine failure Silverado 1500 custom, 2.7 turbo 4 cylinders, truck goes through oil. Buying is easy, do not bring it to them with engine issues. 6 weeks of calling, writing, calling GM. Just drive through lot. You will see my Truck. Jaime you say the same thing over and over. I'm sorry, not the quality of service we strive for, it must be frustrating and the best one "Call me so we can assist you" Thank the customer who received a loaner. Remember the "Golden Rule" Treat other people the way you want to be treated. Stephen, Mahima & Derrick all let go. I forgot Mahima said " The mechanic said I need a Starter" on the Invoice. Guess that wasn't the problem. Stephens first question to me was "Who changed your oil" and what oil was put in. Imagine I said Jiffy lube because that's a Tactic they use. Eagle Chevrolet changed oil and filter. They wanted me to anyone but them.

MAHIMA what's above and beyond? Very professional the same time friendly and warm person with lovely smile on her face I am very happy with her service and help. We need more people like her. Definitely going back there whatever. I need do something ion my trunk.

Had a great experience bringing my car in for inspection. Anthony in service was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. They even washed my car, and it looked amazing when I got it back. Thank you Anthony and Eagle Chevrolet for such a great experience!
