Bought an avalanche and had to have it serviced. They were thorough and took great care of me. The car had a slight leak when I picked it up and they met me on the road side and didn’t leave until the car was 100% ready to get us back home safely. I had all my kids in the car and they didn’t leave us stranded and it was after business hours. So needless to say I am pleased. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and genuine mechanics that care about the work they do and their customers. Very pleased and grateful for them taking care of us. One of my kids is disabled so meeting me after business hours so we weren’t stuck will always be what I value the most. Thanks again Ribbings and looking forward to doing more business 😊

Not a car dealer more like a junkyard

This place is a joke! With tax season here, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I bought a truck from here last year, after them having all but $54 of the cost, including sales taxes it took me almost 2 months to finally get it, with nothing but problems afterwards! I had the vehicle for maybe 8 months and only drove it for about a months use before finally scrapping it after he "fixed" it multiple times, including a lot of my own money when I finally gave up on him. My inspection was fraudulent!

Buyer beware! John sold a "great car" to us but really it was rigged to pass inspection and the entire computer needs replaced. Do not buy from these people! And he feels no remorse for causing a family of 7 to have no vehicle. BBB RATE IS AN F!

Was supposed to fix a break caliper and install my stereo here wen I got my car back there was a wire from the stereo going under my passenger seat were there was a random speaker hooked up that was the only speaker making noise come to find out they blew the amp and on top of that they didn’t even fix the caliper don’t trust these people with your car Yes I did ,you had my car for almost a week reviews are for people to share their experience that’s what I’m doin don’t trust this shop
