Bob Johnson Ford Service

I brought my truck in for an issue with the delay wipers. Because there was not a fault code in the system, they told me there was no issue, and I wasn't using them correctly. They worked fine last year when I turned off the rain sensing feature for the winter. $200 later and my wipers still don't work properly. Also wanted a transmission flush. The price went from $350 to $750. Was told I needed to replace the trans pan with the service. The pan is reusable. Will not recommend or do business here again

Service and people was great. My platinum extended warranty was not. It did cover anything I was told by the sales department it would.

Great prices and great customer service. I live 45 mins away and I’ll return for all my F 150 needs.

Previous dealings with Dev, Justine and the service dept were why I bought my ‘24 F150 at Bob Johnson Ford. They continue to be at the top of my list.

They took time to look over my car and thoroughly diagnosed the problems. Were thorough in explaining what was wrong and accepted my input and decisions.
