They truly handled everything. Gary went above and beyond in every way possible. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience feel effortless. Allie was a rockstar — her communication was outstanding. She kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we knew exactly what to expect and when. (She even took the time to review the car features via phone when we had additional questions later). Even information session where they walked us through how to use the car was thoughtful and thorough. We were left feeling confident, supported, and genuinely cared for. Car buying (or switching!) can be stressful, but this team made it smooth, simple, and even enjoyable (which I never thought possible).
