Brought my 2002 Toyota sienna in to replace all the engine mounts. Repair took a little longer then expected. I got the car back and immediately noticed something wrong on the way home. The right front made bad rubbing sound when turning, and the car would wobble slightly under acceleration. When i got home we called the shop, they said they had noticed any wobble or anything. They said one mount was a tight fit, so they had to force it in. Already a red flag, but I didn't think much. I decided to take a look today, and my God what a mess. Immediately after putting on the jack the right wheel settled and i realized to my horror that it was completely loose. When forcing the axle back into the assembly they completely botched it. It now wobbles even when completely screwed tight. I check the other side wheel AND ITS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CV AXLE SCREW. I've worked on this car myself for years now, so I know it like the back of my hand. I only considered a mechanic for the fact that mounts are usually pretty difficult without equipment. The owner had the nerve to comment that car I have been working on for years was a "mess" and "rubbish" . those were his words when we called about the wobble. Only for the work for his shop to be completely amatuer. The pin on the right wheel has been completely smashed in because they were smashing it with a er while trying to force it in. Ridiculous.

I came here to change the oil when they were about to get off work. The staff who changed the engine oil not only failed to tighten the cap under the oil tank, but also failed to tighten the cap above the filter. Oil keeps leaking from underneath the car. Moreover, as soon as the car was started, the oil kept coming out of the filter cover, and oil was dripping everywhere on the front of the car. Because the oil leak was discovered at 9pm. All garages are closed. I spent $100 to have someone drive an hour to my parking lot in the middle of the night to tighten the caps on the oil tank and filter. I added 3 quarts of engine oil myself. Since I bought 10 quart of oil, my car needs 6.8 quart. Only 3 quarts of oil remain. Without engine oil, my car won't start the next day and the engine will burn out. The next day I drove my car to the garage owner, who asked his employees to change my oil again. My car needed 6.8 quarts of oil, and they added 10 quarts of oil. My car started to smoke after I started it, so my boss told his employees to take my car out and drive it for half an hour so that the excess oil would burn off, and that would be fine. They are very unprofessional. How many kilometers does it take to drive 3 quarts of engine oil to burn it out? Will my car still start normally after the oil has burned out 3 quarts? Is my motor still usable? And how much more gas do I have to spend on the car to drive it for such a long time? I stopped the boss from doing that. Moreover, he initially refused to admit that it was their problem that caused the oil leak, and was unwilling to compensate me for spending extra money to have someone tighten the oil cap. He even wanted to shirk responsibility. He don't want to change the oil again. After my repeated requests, I asked him to change the oil for me again. Before adding the oil, he had to measure 6.8 quarts of oil and pour it into the oil tank.

Came in for a diagnostic, which was free of charge from the owner. I wanted to know why my car kept cutting off randomly, other concern was the AC (which wasn’t my main concern). The owner called to tell me that the AC was okay ( broken English) I didn’t really understand what he was telling me it was difficult to hear him. I told him that my concern was that my car would randomly cut off I wanted to know why. He said okay give him 30mins to check. I pulled up to the shop thinking everything was fine they said there was nothing popping up on the dashboard. Mind you he said the diagnostic was free so I pulled off. I’m down the road where his workers almost got into a crash with me telling me I needed to pay the owner…? I was confused so I drove back to the place and the owner explained to us that he fixed the AC which I didn’t know he said on the phone that the ac was okay but as he was explaining when I drove back that he had to fix the AC which was 200 I paid him which money wasn’t the problem. I didn’t like what his employee did and he never apologized. Why would you fix my AC without communicating with me…a simple “I found the problem with your AC, I will charge you 200 to fix it”…..smh I would never go back here again service sucks.
