I called this place to see if they could install a new battery for my car, they took me in the very next day no problem. Lester is so nice and he even helped me by properly installing my baby’s car seat- which he didn’t have to do at all but that just shows the care he put into the service he was giving me. I will definitely be back here if I have any other car troubles. Thank you!!

Had the best experience. I was trying to replace my own breaks at home and couldn’t get the bolt off so I called to see if they could help me and they were so nice, also the prices are amazing. Another place in the area was trying to charge me $850 for just the front rotors and breaks when I brought it in he informed me that he would only charge me $220 and I had my own supplies so it was perfect. This place is the best and will definitely be recommended to friends in the future and I will definitely be returning.

Lester is an amazing dude who is extremely nice and will help you whenever you need! Lester was super open about the process of everything, being incredibly informative in a way that allowed me to learn what he was actually doing. Additionally, all of the staff was incredibly kind. After having problems with my car for a while, I found Lester and was given top tier treatment and for much cheaper than expected! Lester also threw in some complimentary care, so I will be sticking with this mechanic for a while! Thank you!

Lester has a TVR Tasmin just like me. I saw him in June and asked him to work on my car He told me yes sure a couple months I went and saw him or called him twice a month and bothered him In the beginning of September, he finally told me the first week of October Every time I go there, he laughs And can’t find my name and information I was there September 15 and gave him my name and phone number again and was told the beginning of October It’s the end of October I’ve yet to hear from him Just another mechanic wasting my time everybody’s a hot shot, but then when it comes down to it, they don’t wanna take your work or they don’t know how to fix it. So I finally had enough and put an ad on Facebook marketplace and A shop in Connecticut is doing it for me.

I am so grateful to Lester for the way he goes above and beyond and always does a superb job on my car. I have had urgent needs and have called to ask if they could take a look at my car even though I couldn’t make it before closing; they have always been so generous and seen me even if it meant staying a few minutes after hours. I know I can always call them if I have a problem, and that is a great comfort to have a shop I trust. Lester’s expertise is vast and varied, and he always does thorough and precise work. Lester and Jennifer are both friendly and delightful to chat with as well. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto shop, look no further! I’m so glad I found Auto Repair Plus.
