I had an incredible experience with Northside Auto Body in Poughkeepsie. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. They handled everything perfectly, from the initial reception to the repair process and coordinating seamlessly with my insurance company. They fixed my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 to perfection and it honestly looks brand new again. I want to give a special shout-out to Dan at Northside; he was wonderful, professional, and respectful throughout the entire experience. Always heard good things about Northside Auto Body, when it was my turn to need some body work after an accident, Andrew and his team did not disappoint. Everyone was welcoming, had awesome communication and bent over backwards to make sure I got the best service. They did amazing work. The car looks better now then when i bought the car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

It was an amazing experience, from start to finish. My insurance company provided them as one they work closely with so they didn't have to send out an adjuster (I think that's what they're called), they have one on site. We went there, they looked at the car said it was fixable. They did an AMAZING job on it. I can't even tell where the repair was made. The best is they guaranteed the work for as long as I own the car. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing repairs done.
