Thanks NY Auto Repair! Today I had a flat tire and brought my truck in. The guys at the shop were super knowledgeable, no nonsense, and friendly. They were able to save my tire, and I was probably in there for no longer than 30 minutes or so. The final bill was super affordable and I was just really grateful for such a sensible local shop that really came through for me in my time of need. Highly recommend them. I can’t recommend New York Auto Repair enough. For years, I took my 2018 CX-5 to multiple shops and even dealerships, all of which insisted everything was fine despite clear signs something was wrong. I ended up driving nearly 80,000 miles in limp mode because no one took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Eventually, the underlying problem that had been ignored for so long caused the cylinder head to crack, making the car completely undrivable. That’s when I brought it to Tommy at New York Auto Repair and he worked an absolute miracle. He not only identified the root cause that everyone else overlooked, but also repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price.
