Excellent Alignment Work & Great Care for My E39 BMW: Brought my 1997 BMW 540i to Del Hatt Automotive after completing a major suspension rebuild and needed a proper alignment done right. They absolutely nailed it. The car drives straight, feels planted, and the alignment specs came out excellent. They also took the time to explain a few things clearly and treated the car with care, which means a lot when you bring in an older enthusiast BMW. Honest shop, great communication, and quality work. Highly recommend.

Made appointment to get an alignment done on my ram 2500. after I installed a leveling kit. Was told I needed an adjustable track bar due to me leveling the truck. I purchased one and brought it with me because that is a part you can’t purchase locally. They wanted to charge me 235/hr to install a customer supplied part. So the total for an alignment with track bar replacement would have been approximately $450. Non of this was disclosed when the appointment was made. To up charge $70 more a hour for a part I can’t get locally is unreasonable.

The entire team at Del Hatt is incredible. Each repair was explained in full drawn out detail to me over the phone, and the estimate was also perfectly explained. 3 big repairs were done on my van in a two day span, and the car is running better than ever. We will certainly be back!

In January 2022, after almost 200k miles I had a Jasper remanufactured engine installed in my 1994 Mustang, 302 V8. A year and a half and thousands of miles later, I've had no issues with the engine. It runs great and sounds excellent! I am very impressed with the quality of work especially for such a complex project. Doug has done an excellent job! The AM radio even gets better reception! Both Courtney and Jamie were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me informed and up to date on the progress s of the work. They also went out of their way to source US made parts. I returned again this year for an alignment. Unlike other shops I've been to, they provide a printout of the alignment report. I plan to keep bringing my car in for service and keep it running for another 200k miles or 30 years whichever comes first!

To start off, the name of this Automotive Shop, had to be said three times and then to look it up was a little difficult too. But once I got the name down, I will never forget it because it’s going to be recommended to anyone I know who needs a great alignment for their car and other auto mechanical diagnostics and work too. My appointment was for 11:30am on April 20,2025 and I got there early but I was taken right away. They had all of my information since I made this appointment on Friday April 18. A mechanic took my vehicle for a test drive and put it . I highly recommend right into the lift bay. I was in all honesty because my vehicle has some rust on the bottom and was worried about paying a lot of money . I must say that they all were very professional and pleasant people. After the work was done, the mechanic showed me that the alignment did take and I didn’t need to spend anymore than the cost of the work. He showed me the entire places that is a little concerning but the parts were fine. I told myself that it’s a Toyota and they are well made.in the end, I was very satisfied because they were very quick to do the work my vehicle needed and have me back on the road which they surely did.
