Brother's Tires

I called them to deliver a battery to our son who was stranded. Instead, they tried to say that the battery was fine and that he needed a new starter, which would be $600 to $700. He was adamant that he put his jumper on and was unable to jump it and that I would need to have it towed to the shop for them to replace the starter. I even called back again to tell them that I prefer them just to go back and install the battery and once again he convinced me that nothing was wrong with the battery that it was just the starter. My gut told me something wrong so when I had the tow truck come I had them jump my son which they did immediately and checked his alternator which was good to go. What was not good to go was the battery which was extremely drained rating three. Our son then drove to napa Auto Parts to purchase a new battery and once they remove the old battery it was busting on the side. It's truly sad when you try to scam someone that's in a tough situation when they reach out to you for help. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I called to inquire about a run-flat tire, and the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and indifferent. After I provided the tire size, he asked me to hold while he checked the inventory. Instead of placing me on hold, he hung up on me. My husband then called back a few minutes later and encountered the same level of disrespect. When he followed up, he was met with, "Didn't I tell you I was with a customer?"—which was untrue, as he had only said to hold on before disconnecting. After finally receiving a price for the tire at $408, we inquired about the installation cost. We were met with an exaggerated sigh and a dismissive, "Oh my God," before being quoted $510. Given this poor customer service experience, I will not be spending any money at this business.
