Tom's Automotive Repair

I always used Dealers for vehicle servicing until 2023. I began losing trust in the quality of the underpaid Technicians resulting in poor moral and high turnover. I finally decided to find a good local Auto Repair facility and brought my Ford pickup for a substantial repair item. I was overly satisfied upon completion. The extra care that was implemented clearly showed true expertise and passion to go the extra mile. Communication is outstanding as well. I consider it so fortunate to find this Repair facility on my first quest. Today, I have returned with my Daughter's vehicle as Tom's Automotive has earned my trust. Another big one for me is they have Hunter Road Force tire balance equipment which is a must with many tires these days being manufactured way out of spec. I most definitely will be referring them to anyone I talk to about vehicle repairs. My Nephew already agreed he'll be bringing his vehicle next time he needs service on either of his two vehicles.

Went there for a car inspection on Saturday morning, they did it within an hour. Really nice that they are open on Saturdays! Fast and nice!

Woke up to a flat tire.Ugh! I called Tom's and my tire was fixed, plugged, and ready to go in 1.5 hours. THANKS for being there and for the speedy, friendly, professional service.

Thanks for the inspection! Got me in and out quick. Appointment was scheduled in the same week I called! They had a lot of repeat customers I spoke to while I was there! I would trust them more then any other shop iv been to in the area! If I needed something I would def be going back! Nice personable employee! Owner was ask the front dealing and working on cars! Setting a great example of a good guy!

Honest and reasonably priced auto service. Best shop in town if you ask me.
