There should only be 5 stars for this place. Big Joe & Candace saved my ass - rear diff blew out and he took me in on a Sunday 5 minutes from closing. Diagnosed to problem and ordered me parts the next day. Called me daily with updates and the work that was being performed which was really appreciated. Even cleaned the interior of my car! Candace even called me on my drive home to make sure everything was working OK and I was safe! Thank you Big Joe and Candace!! Please open up a shop in NYC!

Big Joe saved my ass. I started having coolant issues in the middle of a long ride that led to the car overheating and components beginning to fail. It was 10 min before closing on Friday, Big Joe immediately picked up and told me to come on by. He immediately diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair quote to get it back on the road. Car was ready in 24hr. He suggested I have my local mechanic take a look at it since it’s an older car and they’re more familiar with the exact model. When I did the following week, my local mechanic just did a coolant flush (also per Joe’s suggestion) and said all the work looked great and everything was functioning correctly.

I was traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia 2/11/2026 and my 2006 Subaru Outback xt started making a weird noise. Long story short they saved my car from complete breakdown and recommended I get a new car asap. These guys are top notch! Side note, as a female traveling alone I felt extremely safe with no creepiness or ick.

Anthony was a lifesaver as I was passing through on a Saturday. He looked at my car for 10-20 minutes to give me an assessment of whether i could get home to Massachusetts. And his diagnosis was 100% correct! Thank you Anthony!
