I had a great experience here! I stopped by for my NYS inspection without an appointment, and even though the employees hadn’t arrived yet and the owner was busy, he took the time to help me right away. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. Since their business hours are the same as my work hours, it would have been difficult for me to come back another day. He went out of his way to accommodate me and completed the inspection in about 5–10 minutes. Excellent customer service, friendly attitude, and truly appreciated his willingness to help. I highly recommend this business and will definitely return in the future. Thank you again!

Paul is so great! I love his honesty, his hard work, and his professionalism! He explains things thoroughly, he’s so well priced (very fair!!) and he truly knows what he’s doing! My car wouldn’t throw a code but I knew something was off and after only a few hours my car is as good as new!! Thank you Paul! (P.S while you wait for your car i recommend getting a blow out from his wife Audrey! Same building and all!! Audrey is the best hairdresser in Port hands down!) the Schoch family is truly the best!!

The Best Auto Repair facility in this area. I needed 2 tires mounted and balanced in a hurry, and they accommodated me immediately. Owner's son (Adam) does quality work. I've been a mechanic most of my life, but I don't own a tire machine. I watched Adam clean the wheel bead so that the tire wouldn't leak, and I couldn't have done it better myself. The owner is friendly and doesn't treat you like you are bothering him. This was my first time going there, but won't be my last time. Great Place to deal with.
