I was on my way to Canada and had a flat. Got the tire plugged there. All was great and friendly. Except when they were putting on the wheel they couldn't get it on and took 2 guys to finish it. It made a lot of clonking noise that scared my toddler in the car. I had to go sit back inside. I did not think much of it and just felt a little weird and first time that ever happened. Fast forward a month later when I'm back at my dealer (i'm with this dealer for the past 7 years) for tire rotations, they said whoever touched my wheel/tire last messed up/striped the threads on my lug nut/wheel. Cost me another $200 to replace those. They were the last person that touched that wheel/tire. I understand that forcing it on may have been their only option to get me on the road at that moment, but hey at least let me know. :(

Helped me out after a tire blow out on 81. I just drove in and they even ordered lug nut to get me back on the road. Price was very reasonable.

Just had my appointment for a detail, car looks amazing. They went right through it and got every crack and cranny cleaned. My windows and plastics are as shiny as the day I bought it.

We've been to P & N twice now and have had great experiences both times. If you're looking for a family run, honest auto shop I'd suggest trying them. I had to stop urgently the first visit and they accommodated us even though I had five small kids with me. They put on cartoons for the kids and got right to work.
