DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Took my 2021 Ram 3500 Limited in for body repair. When I come to pick it up. Lower valance is still damaged!!! Fender missing paint. Bumper still crooked!!! Common sense if cover is bent so is the bumper bracket. They bolted a new cover to a bent bracket!!! Tire still rubs when turning!!! Never reinstalled my block heater. Just folded it up and zip tied it to plow mount. Place has zero quality control. All they could say was to leave it and speak with Sean Monday. However I need the vehicle for work!

However the salesperson assumed our daughter had no credit history and would only quote her with a very high interest rate when she has a credit score over 700. We left without purchasing and went elsewhere where they listened and helped daughter get what she wanted.

If you had looked a week ago my review was 5 stars, this is what changed my mind. We bought our 2022 jeep compass from there 4 years ago. We have had all of our maintenance and repair done in their maintenance department. Last week we took our compass for an inspection. They failed it and said the tie rods were bad and they would need to replace the whole gear rack before they could pass it. It seemed very suspicious since the woman from maintenance had a sales woman with her when she came to tell us. Our extended warranty had just recently expired. The salesperson wanted to talk to us about purchasing a new warranty or a new car. Today we took our compass to a local licensed mechanic for a NY inspection. It passed with no problems. We asked him about the tie rods and gear rack, he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Norwich Dodge Chrysler Jeep will never see our business again.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and took a look on their website and seen a vehicle i was interested in so I did inquiry about it and I received a friendly message asking if I wanted to know anything more about it or if I wanted to come take a look at it, which a couple of hours later I made the trip on over to the dealership where I was greeted with a smile and a friendly handshake, shortly after I was out for a test drive and decided it was what I was exactly looking for! The product specialist Ashley was awesome though out the entire process. I would also like to say thanks to Paul the general manager, Shelly the finance manager and another product specialist Dani for putting me behind the wheel of the vehicle I wanted... Ashley was able to help my wife and I on a Saturday, start to finish the transaction was smooth and simple. From test driving to paperwork everything was executed very quickly, very good pricing and a nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend coming in for any future needs.
