If there were 10 stars available for a review, this place would warrant the rating of a 💯 percent! I called to inquire about a possible wheel bearing issue and was concerned about making it safely to our destination to Boston!! I spoke with Ray and he said to bring it in right away, he said that he wouldn’t want anyone to be stranded on the I-90 interstate! My partner arrived and explained the issue and Ray had one of his mechanics drive the vehicle and determined that it was indeed the wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. With in 2 hrs, Ray was able to locate the part and my partner was on her way back to Boston with a new wheel bearing and no issues. I have never experienced this amazing service with the sense of urgency and friendly staff. So if you’re stranded on the interstate or just in the area, flock to this place!! Had a tire blow on the NY Thruway on our from Albany NY to Columbus Oh on to Phoenix Az. After putting on a donut, then finding out of a near by garage who might be able to replace my tire. We found Phelps Service Center. They were able to replace my tire and got us going very quickly. They guys there were very friendly and extremely helpful. We were traveling with two dogs and were aloud to stay in their kennel while the work was done. If we are ever in the area again with an issue… this is a place I want working on our vehicle. Again Thank You so much for your quick service.

Outstanding service by Ray and the team at Phelps Service Center. We were stranded just off the Thruway exit in Phelps and had our Tahoe towed to the Service Center on the day before Thanksgiving. As we were on our way to Philadelphia, we decided to rent another vehicle and hopefully pick up our car on our return the following Monday. Ray and the team had our issue diagnosed before we left the service center and fit us in to have the repair complete later that evening. Service beyond our hope and expectations! Great service and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Our van broke down crossing the country and we got towed to their shop. Ray and the other mechanic were wonderful! They took excellent care of our stranded crew. Fixed our van fast and efficiently. Ray even called us later in the day to make sure all was well. We felt blessed to have been delivered to their shop!
