These guys are the best, knowledgeable and very reasonable. Came in clutch during a big storm and also it being a Sunday where everyone was closed, they had two vehicles on the lift and still made time for me. Exceptional Service.

Dan and Josh were absolute lifesavers. I got a tire pressure alert on the thruway in the middle of nowhere, and one of my tires was nearly flat, with a 2hrs drive still ahead. Even though they were already closed, they didn’t hesitate to help. They got me in right away and changed my tire. Truly kind people, can’t thank them enough. God bless them.

I can not say enough positives about my experiences with this shop!! I recommend friend and family and everyone has given positive feedback. If you are looking for a place that will identify and fix only the problem, not exaggerate the problem and cost then Brotz is the shop for you! The family owned business is a little distance for me to travel, but it is well worth it!! Eagle street is easy to find--just off 96 in Phelps. They have a comfortable waiting area with a tv and lots of magazines. I am sure you will be happy that you found them!

The guys are very good at what they do, took my truck to two other places and took a month and a half just to find out they're not going to do it these guys had it done in less than the week, outstanding! They've always done me right and I will recommend them highly for all your auto repair needs!
