These guys are the best, knowledgeable and very reasonable. Came in clutch during a big storm and also it being a Sunday where everyone was closed, they had two vehicles on the lift and still made time for me. Exceptional Service.

Even though they were already closed, they didn’t hesitate to help. They got me in right away and changed my tire. Truly kind people, can’t thank them enough. God bless them.

If you are looking for a place that will identify and fix only the problem, not exaggerate the problem and cost then Brotz is the shop for you! The family owned business is a little distance for me to travel, but it is well worth it!! Eagle street is easy to find--just off 96 in Phelps. They have a comfortable waiting area with a tv and lots of magazines. I am sure you will be happy that you found them!
