I would like to say a huge thank you to Alan Earl and the entire team at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center for their outstanding service. My husband and I were away from home, and for two days in a row my tire pressure kept dropping to 17 PSI. Since we were scheduled to drive back to Philadelphia the next day, I was worried about having a tire problem during the trip. I stopped by the shop at the last minute, right in the middle of a busy day, and Alan was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. He made sure my car was taken care of, and the technician who worked on my tire did an excellent job finding and fixing the problem. I truly appreciate the effort and professionalism of everyone involved. The entire experience was stress-free and pleasant. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I am extremely grateful for the help I received and the peace of mind it gave me before our drive home. Thank you to Alan, the technician, and the whole team for going above and beyond. The work done on my truck was done well and there is no issues with what they did and they did it for a reasonable price and got it done quickly. There was a slight issue scheduling but they worked around their schedule for me as they had not put me on the schedule from when I called days in advance and brought it in when told but they did get me in when stated. My issues are that the step up on my passenger door was bent and broken and that there were oily handprints all over my car. It was not the nicest to begin with but that should be irrelevant. Good work mechanically but lacking some common decency.

Great individualized and personalized customer service that comes with dealing with a small, hometown business. No line, no waiting! I got my annual NYS safety inspection and recommendations for future services tailored to my car's make, model and mileage. More convenient than driving 40+ miles to the nearest dealer.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire repair. After 1-1/2 hours the car appeared out front, but they had forgotten to fix the tire. Eventually it was finished...I ended up getting charged for a sixth quart of oil (listed capacity is 5 quarts), a tire rotation that wasn't requested, and a stripped oil drain plug (they are the only ones to do the oil changes on this car.) The level of service at Trombly has dropped since the change to Steve Shannon, and I'll find somewhere else for car service. Update 6/5/26: I appreciate the manager reaching out to me and he made a very generous adjustment to the charges. I'm upgrading my review to reflect his effort.

I didn’t have to wait, my appointment was precisely on time. I was greeted with very friendly smiles. I received a call with a quote for needed services. My car was done ahead of schedule. My balance due was exactly what they said it would be. They also put a battery in my key fob which I didn’t know would happen. They were kind and attentive and I very much appreciated their service and kindness.
