Highly recommend this shop. Had a driver with derated truck on their lot and they got him right in. Their mechanic Vlad is amazing - DEF Pump was replaced in no time and driver was back on the road couple hrs. later. Thank you Vlad and Team! Keep up the good work. We will be back.

Huge shoutout to Vlad at Southern Tire Mart. My reefer lost prime and wouldn’t start and the pump wasn’t helping at all. Vlad took his own time and helped me get it running, free of charge. Seriously grateful for his help. The entire staff was super friendly and professional. This is the kind of service that keeps drivers coming back.

Shop was super helpful when we stopped in with an emergency with our trailer. They couldn't repair it but they put us in contact with someone who could. Best customer service we could have asked for. We were very stressed and their customer service was super comforting. Great job guys!

I stoped there for a chamber brake change . At first I asked for a price and they said it will be 250$ and at the end charged 420$ but this is not the worst part of the service. They worked on two and a half hours that is too long for such work. Very unprofessional and expensive. Not recommended

I brought my truck to Flying J for a trailer tire repair, and my experience was absolutely appalling. The shop manager, Dustin, treated me with the utmost rudeness and humiliation. Despite speaking fluent English, he condescendingly told me I didn't understand the language when directing me to enter through "door 2." His communication was aggressive and loud; he yelled at me and repeatedly claimed I couldn't comprehend his instructions. He then made me wait for hours without any valid reason, significantly delaying my cargo delivery schedule, all for a single tire repair. His behavior was consistently disrespectful and toxic. I strongly advise against anyone getting their truck serviced here or dealing with Dustin. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and he does not deserve your business.
