Finding a great mechanic is almost as important as having a great doctor, maybe more so. Mike and everyone at PRSS are great. The pricing is fair and the work is excellent. Most importantly they are very good people and they can be trusted to do the right thing always. Honest and helpful, I trust them totally to always do excellent work. They aim to get the work done with excellence, and keeping the customer happy is more important to Mike than the almighty buck. That attitude applies to everyone there — Wanda and the two Jeff’s. PRSS gets my highest recommendation.

I had an awful experience at Pearl River Service Station. I went in for a regular car inspection, which should have only cost $37. Instead, the owner tried to charge me $160 just because my car has tinted windows. I used to go there regularly and recommend them to others, but not anymore. It's really disappointing when you try to support local businesses, and they turn around and try to take advantage of people in the community. I suggest folks in Pearl River take their business elsewhere.a

Fair prices and honest work. Have had nothing but great experiences with Mike and his team. Pleasant staff and Mike is always willing to help. I have been going to Mikes shop for 20 years… most of my family does as well. I know I can trust my car with Mike and would recommend you give this shop a try.

I took my car to this place for inspection and it did not pass because it failed for catalytic problems. The mechanic told me to pay $130 to pass the inspection instead. My car is in good condition and he just wanted to make money and abuse customers. Beware he does not do honest work. I have to report to the DMV
