I was in the market for a bike and decided to stop by. Its been about 15 years ive owned a bike and Rob and one of the other workers I don't recall his name were very nice and taught me many things about a bike I never really put attention to. The buying experience was awesome and I felt helped as I didn't really know what bike to get. I went with a Trek Marlin 5 and I love it. Can't wait to be riding around all summer. Thank you!

I have bought several mountain bikes from this location in Pearl River and I love them all. The staff is very knowledgeable and informative. I bought Treks and fell in love with the brand. The location of the store is convenient for me and has lots of inventory. Rob is awesome.

Couldn't recommend this place more. Robert is the nicest most helpful person you will meet. I bought a couple of adult bikes here during Covid. I remember everyone was marking up their bikes like 50%, but Robert was fair and sold me the bikes at retail. Now I got a used Trek bike that needed some work. I took it to trek and they assured me that everything needed to be replaced and that it will be $300. I brought the bike to Robert and he said everything works fine, just needs to be tuned. $100. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a bicycle or get one repaired.

I really trust the guy there and feel that he has been over the top helpful, and always goes out of his way to be useful. I’m very happy to have found his shop.
