If I could give them 100 stars, I would. James and the Pearl River Automotive are amazing. Super professional and fast service. They diagnosed my electrical issue with ease and were able to get my vehicle back to normal in no time. They were completely transparent and upfront about pricing and what work needed to be done. I’m happy to have found a garage I can trust and will bring for all of my future vehicle work! Thank you James and the Pearl River Auto team!

I haven’t been to any other auto repair shops so I don’t really have a basis for comparison. But I can say that Pearl River Automotive has suited me very well and I would highly recommend it to anyone. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They have consistently been able to diagnose/fix certain issues that my dealership could not even identify. They are also very fair with what they charge. I recently took my car to the shop for new brake pads/rotors, brake fluid, and a blown headlight bulb. They repaired everything for roughly half the price of what my dealership quoted me. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Easy 5 stars

James and his team are the best around! They're honest, knowledgeable, and just overall good people. Each time I've brought my car in, they've been communicative as to what exactly needed to happen (and no hard sells or awkward "do I really need that?" moments) and the work has been done extremely quickly.

Joe was very helpful, communicative and both James and team did a great job with the brakes on our MB AMG with OEM parts and a far more reasonable price than MB quoted us. Being relatively new to Rockland County, I think we found our new GO TO place for great & reliable service.
