My car was hit at the LIRR parking lot in Deer Park (HIT & RUN 😤) I was livid having this car since 2019 and well maintained. I went shopping around for quotes. Most places wanted $5-$7k to just re-order a new front bumper re-adjust the headlight and fix the fog lights. At Nolan’s they were so understanding of my situation having to pay out of pocket. They gave me a tremendous deal. Overall the customer service, the re-assurance, the updates on how my car was doing with ordering the parts needed just outstanding 👌🏾 I highly recommend these folks 🙌🏾👏🏾

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING HERE!!! I cannot say enough good things about this auto collision company, especially Danielle. From start to finish, the experience was completely different from every other place I called. Before finding them, I contacted four other nearby collision shops. Not one of them asked for my name. They gave me almost no information, laughed when I said I was hoping for a one-day repair, and told me to just bring the car in “whenever.” No specific appointment. No questions. No effort. After an already stressful situation, that made everything feel worse. Then I spoke with Danielle. Right away she asked my name, asked thoughtful questions about what happened, and made me feel like I mattered. The accident itself was traumatic enough, and she was genuinely sensitive to that. She even gave me her cell phone number so I could send pictures and videos of the damage so she could walk me through what to expect. None of the other places offered anything close to that level of care. She could tell I was anxious and took the time to calm my nerves. I truly felt like she cared about me and my car. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and was clear about what was happening and what the next steps were. I also stressed that I could not get a rental, and they were incredibly mindful of that, not keeping my car any longer than necessary. This place treats people like people, not just a number, and I have no doubt they bring that same level of care to every customer. The best part? They did exactly what others told me was “impossible.” I dropped my car off at opening and picked it up at closing the same day. My bumper looks brand new. You would never know anything ever happened. They were clear, organized, communicative, and went above and beyond in every way. If you are looking for a collision shop that treats you with respect, keeps you informed, and delivers incredible results, this is the place. I am so grateful I found them.

On Valentine’s Day, we unfortunately got into a fender bender. We were rear ended waiting at a stop light.
