THEY HEAVILY PRESSURE CUSTOMERS TO GIVE 5 STAR REVIEWS, DO NOT TRUST THEIR RATING Summary: purchased a car from one of their mechanics, costed 7k in repairs and took 3 months which was double original quote, car lasted from September 2025 until May 2026 after I put another 6k into it. Not a single reply from them on here cuz they know they screwed me over. The mechanics appear friendly and kind, but they are actually manipulative snakes that take advantage of customers. They will look you in the eye and shake your hand as they send you off in a death trap. I would not recommend at all and would discourage others from going here. Very expensive prices, including charging prices for OEM parts when they actually use aftermarket. They did a pre-purchase inspection on a car that costed me 2x more than their estimate and took twice as long to fix as estimated (over a month and a half). It was one of the mechanic's sister's car and its costed me more than 13k (more than 4x the number they gave me during the pre-purchaae inspection) in repairs in less than a year. Two different tires have snapped off the suspension, almost killing my gf on two different occasions. I likely will have to scrap the car after only driving it since September 2025. I would avoid this place if you care about your well-being and the safety of your family.

MD Auto is honestly the first automobile repair shop in my 40 years of driving (you guys do the math) that I can truly say I trust. Their customer service is amazing; they make you feel comfortable and keep you informed through a stressful process. My work van broke down on the highway, and they came to tow it back to my house. That's where I met Matt. He told me he had a repair shop, and they could take the van there to look at it. At first, I was skeptical, but he seemed really genuine, so I trusted him and trusted the process. He got my van up and running right away, and the prices were very reasonable. Dominic is also awesome and really knows how to treat a customer. Not only did I get my van repaired, but I was also offered a 2-year warranty with some pretty awesome services included. They gave me a thorough list of things that I might potentially need to fix in the future, which lets me know they actually looked at everything. Coming from a technician's standpoint, I really respect that. Thank you, guys! I will be using you all the time now. To anybody reading this post, definitely use them as well. Thanks!

Highly recommend Jon if you need your car towed! He was sent to me through AAA and I had no issues, service was super quick and he was so nice. The mechanic called me the next day saying they couldn’t find my key, and Jon answered immediately to help out (it was sitting in the drop box…. Not Jon’s fault lol) Thank you guys so much for your help!!

I had to have my car towed and I used AAA. They sent MD Auto towing. They driver was super nice and towed my car to the shop I requested but upon arrival I found out they were not able to service my car. I didn't know what to do. The driver advised he could take my car to MD Auto Repair. They're a AAA recommended shop and they warranty all of their work. I had never heard of MD Auto Repair at this point but I was in a bind and figured why not, they're there just when I really needed someone, so off my car went to their shop. As soon as ut arrived I received a call from John who was so nice and reassured me they would be able to handle whatever the problem may be and they would look into in asap. Unfortunately, this was late afternoon, early evening on Friday and we got slammed with a blizzard on Sunday. Si they didn't actually get to look at my car until a few days later. I was totally OK with that. Turns out, the massive job I thought it was going to be, ended up requiring a simple oil change. I've never been happier in my life. When I arrived at their shop the fist thing I noticed was the very large screen on the wall with 16 cameras covering every inch of their shop. I liked that, made me feel secure knowing they are watching all of the work being done. Second was the very courteous young man at one of the 2 desks in the very clean waiting area. He was helping someone on the phone but still greeted me immediately and asked that I give him just a minute to finish up. Moments later he was greeted me again. I told him which car I was there for, he pulled up the woek that was completed and went over all of the diagnostics that were completed on my car, with pictures of my vehicle and various stages of the work. He advised that I need a tune up, which I will be scheduling for later thus month and that my front 2 tires will need to be changed soon but are in no immediate danger. It isn't often that you come across an auto shop were you feel comfortable from the moment you speak with the staff, but this is one such occasion. I'll be going to MD Auto Repair for all my car maintenence needs in the future. Thank you so much for turning what could have been a disaster into a wonderful experience.

The guys at MD Auto always take good care of my car and do a great job. They are always very polite to me and explain any issues with my car to me very well. They try hard to get a good price on needed parts. They even bring me home and pick me up to get my car when it is ready. Matt, Dominick, John, Kurt and all the guys work very hard to make sure that your car is well taken care of and safe to drive.
