I had and continue to have great experience's with Via auto sales. both with the sales team and the service team. Sales team had a 2010 ford flex available. Drove out, once it was ready to be showed and test drove. very clean car at a very good price. I did share a few concerns I had from the test drive. They held the car for a few days and looked over my concerns and assured me that it was fine. but if i still didn't feel comfortable after the first 1000 miles they would look at it again. with that I purchased the car. after the 1000 miles my concern did surface and it was a frozen/hung up caliper effecting the brakes. I brought it in and they fixed the car in a day. and have for ever gained a customer for there service depart. I have a half hour plus drive to get to their garage but its worth it.
