These guys were awesome. My girlfriend had neglected her car for a bit, and these guys kept the price down and did what was needed to get the car safe and pass inspection. He even replaced only one wiper because the other was fine. They didn't try to sell me anything and were honest and clear about what needed to be done. They also got the car back the same day. They seem very busy, so make sure you call and make an appointment.

I had a somewhat emergent need and, despite their busy day they were willing and able to get my car in, looked at and repaired. They did not hesitate to help me and they did it all with care and consideration for my situation. Thank you so very much... you guys are the absolute best!!

We bought our 2012 Ford Explorer at Joe's. (Wife, Cheryl filling this out) 4 or 5 yrs. ago. I LOVE it! Whenever we need work on the car, Joe is always getting us in quickly, and good prices. Plus, he puts up with hubby who is a hard guy to reason with. (believe me) They make us understand the problem or problems with the car without adding unnecessary things on the paper, like other places have done or tried to do with us. Honest hard working there at Joe's. Trustworthy.

Moved to Joe's because it was convenient to our new location in Spencerport. Was pleasantly surprised to have warm and friendly interactions when I first started taking my cars there. I have had some fairly frosty interactions with other garages that are not interested in building a lasting relationship. Joe V's always take the time to explain the options and will work hard to get your vehicle back to you quickly. They will also prioritize you on critical problems like brakes and tire replacement because they care about your safety. I highly recommend Joe V's.
